- Go to gmail.com and complete the required information.
- Use whs.[your name]@gmail.com if you are starting a new email.
- Make a note of your password somewhere safe.

2. Copy your summer assignment onto a Google Doc, title it properly, and share it with me as an editable document.
- Once you have signed up for a Gmail account, you can access Google Drive.
- Click the squares in the upper right hand corner and select “Drive."
- Click the red “Create” button and select “Document.”
- Once you have created a new document, immediately click on the phrase “Untitled document” in the upper left hand corner and properly title your document. Class Name – Last Name –Summer Assignment
- Click blue "share" button and share it with my email whs.tucker@gmail.com and make sure to give me "Can edit" status.
3. Random Autobiography
Write your own random autobiography to introduce yourself to me. Your autobiography should be a minimum of 1 page typed, single-spaced. Choose 3 lines that you would not mind sharing with the rest of the class and label them.
- Please type on a new Google doc titled Class Name-Last Name-Random Autobiography then share with me. (Follow directions above.)
*Sophomores~ Please freshen yours up a bit and re-share!
4. Sign Syllabus and select an SSR (Silent Sustained Reading) book for Friday!
